Bench rest shooting has led to a dramatic renaissance in sport shooting, and it has brought many older shooters back to their target clubs. Now, thanks to a new product from Walther, air pistol shooters too can participate in this “senior discipline”. As in bench rest shooting with a rifle, the resting point is displaced towards the muzzle, making it much easier to hold the weapon steady. Walther’s special innovation: the pistol stays parallel to the support bar even when the 3D grip is twisted or swiveled. Twisting of the grip does not affect the sight.

 

Walther "Horizont" air pistol rest features:

• Attachment to the pistol instead of the grip prevents skewing
• 3D grip turns and swivels independently of the support bar
