We aim to have someone in the office:

Monday - Friday 10.00 -12.30, 13.30-16.00

Wednesday - Closed from 12.00 (On the range)

Outside these times if you don't get an answer, please contact us by email.

We are open evenings and weekends by arrangement.

January 17th to 29th - Closed due to US Trade Show

February 25th to 7th of March - reduced opening hours due to European Trade Shows - closed 28th February to 4th of March inclusive

Easter 7th of April to 16th of April - Closed for Easter

May Bank Holidays

May 26th to 3rd of June - Closed for half term

August 8th to 18th August - NSRA National Championships Bisley

Summer Holidays - 20th -27th of August

December 22nd 2024 - 2nd January 2025

All email enquiries will be dealt with when the shop reopens. Orders during this period will be shipped when the shop reopens. As a small family business we appreciate your support to allow us to have some annual leave. 

We will be closed between Christmas and New Year.

OUT OF OFFICE REPLIES

If we are marked as closed or out of the office we truly are not answering emails or the phone.

We clearly display the dates for the year ahead on the website, on the top webpage banners at the time of any closures, and on our email out of office notifications. Please email us with any enquiries on the form above and we will answer these as soon as possible on our return.

We love our job and our customers however we are a family run business and time with our family is also important to us. Therefore we will close or run with reduced staff for parts of the main school holiday periods: generally over Christmas, Easter and Summer.

Orders, and enquiries, will be dealt with on our return into the office unless stated otherwise. We thank you for your patience.
