Following the latest governments guidelines we will once again be able to welcome customers.
We are still operating with a reduced staff and opening hours, so pre booking is essential.

We aim to have someone in the office Monday - Thursday 10.30 -12.30, 13.30-15.30 outside these times please fill in the form below to contact us by email.
The shop is located just outside Bingham, in Nottinghamshire (off of the A52/A46 Junction). Please contact us for a map of how to find to find us.
If you cannot get hold of us by phone we may be on the range or with customers - please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and telephone number and we will be happy to return your call.

BOOK A VISIT (COVID19)
We are now able to accept visits to the shop and have created a Covid secure area for our customers, this area gets disinfected after each visit.
We have looked back in history and designed our secure area as a counter service, so when planning to make a visit it would be useful to know what you would like to look at so we can have it prepared in advance.
When you visit please use a facemask, as some of our staff are still shielding, you may be asked to remove this briefly to confirm your identity.

Out of Office note
If we are marked as closed or out of the office we truly are not answering emails or the phone.
We clearly display the dates for the year ahead on the website, on the top webpage banners at the time of any closures, and on our email out of office notifications. Please email us with any enquiries on the form above and we will answer these as soon as possible on our return.
We love our job and our customers however we are a family run business and time with our family is also important to us. Therefore we will close or run with reduced staff for parts of the main school holiday periods: generally over Christmas, Easter and Summer.
Orders, and enquiries, will be dealt with on our return into the office unless stated otherwise. We thank you for your patience.
